Better
Workplaces is the affordable HR expert that helps SMEs understand the
cause of
their issues and creates an action plan that addresses them –
ultimately,
contributing to improved morale, productivity and retention.

MSTN
The BBW program is delivered by the
Manitoba Sector Training
Network (MSTN). MSTN
is a formal group
of 16 sector associations, representing approximately 200,000 Manitoba
workers
and 3000 Manitoba employers. These
sector associations have formed MSTN to accomplish the following common
goals:
- Promoting
productivity, competitiveness and community economic development
- Encouraging
entrepreneurship and small and medium
business start-up programs
- Strengthening
the skills of our Manitoba workforce
- Responding
to the labour market changes
- Strengthening
the skills of our current and future sector leaders
- Encouraging
joint and co-operative projects
between industry sectors, educational
institutions and government
